Returns & Refund Policy

At Dr.Tronix, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your CozySound Sleep Headband, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@drtronix.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide detailed instructions for sending your item back.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Returned items must include all original accessories (charging cable, user manual, etc.).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
